By using The Padel Loft facilities, services, website or booking platform, you agree to abide by these Terms & Conditions.

Facility Use & Conduct

Users must follow all club rules, safety guidelines, and staff instructions.
You are responsible for any damage caused to club property through negligence or misconduct.
The Padel Loft reserves the right to suspend or terminate access without refund for any breach of rules or unacceptable behaviour.

Booking & Cancellation

All court bookings must be made via our official booking platform.
Late cancellations or no-shows may incur fees or loss of booking privileges, as outlined in our cancellation policy.
The Padel Loft reserves the right to cancel or reschedule bookings (e.g. for maintenance or club events), with reasonable notice and either a refund or rescheduling where applicable.

Coaching & Lessons

Only coaches approved by The Padel Loft may deliver lessons on-site.
Private or external coaching is not permitted unless expressly agreed in writing.
All coaching must be scheduled through official channels and comply with club policies.

Safety & Liability

You use The Padel Loft courts and facilities at your own risk.
While we hold public liability insurance, we strongly recommend that players have their own personal injury or equipment insurance.
The Padel Loft accepts no responsibility for injuries, loss, or theft of personal property unless caused by our proven negligence.

Dress Code & Equipment

Appropriate sports attire must be worn at all times.
Footwear must be non-marking and suitable for padel play.
The use of damaged or non-approved rackets, balls, or other equipment is prohibited.
The club reserves the right to refuse entry or play if attire or equipment is deemed unsafe or inappropriate.

Shared Facilities

Where applicable, players may access shared amenities such as toilets and changing rooms maintained by the university or third-party providers.
Use of these facilities is subject to their rules and availability.

Privacy & Data Protection

We collect and store personal data such as names, contact details, and booking history for operational purposes.
By using our services, you consent to this data being used in accordance with our Privacy Policy.
We do not share your data with third parties unless required by law or where agreed in writing.

Suspension & Termination

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate any user’s access to our facilities or services for violations of these terms, misconduct, or non-payment.
In such cases, no refund will be issued, and any outstanding charges must still be paid.

Governing Law & Disputes

These terms and conditions are governed by the laws of the jurisdiction where The Padel Loft is located.
Any disputes shall be resolved in the appropriate courts of that jurisdiction.

Refund Policy

Refunds for court bookings, coaching sessions, or memberships are granted only in accordance with The Padel Loft’s cancellation policy.
Cancellations made within the designated window may be eligible for a refund or credit.
Late cancellations and no-shows are non-refundable.

Photography & Media Consent

From time to time, The Padel Loft may capture photos or videos at events, coaching sessions, or during casual play for marketing purposes.
By entering the facility, you consent to your image being used in promotional materials, including on social media and our website.
If you wish not to appear in any media, please inform a staff member on site.

Memberships

Memberships are personal and non-transferable.
Membership benefits, pricing, and terms will be clearly outlined at the point of registration.
Memberships may be paused or cancelled in accordance with our membership policy.
Abuse of membership privileges may result in suspension or termination.

Junior & Under-18 Players

Players under the age of 18 must have parental or guardian consent to participate in activities at The Padel Loft.
Children under 14 must be supervised by an adult at all times unless attending a structured coaching session.
The Padel Loft reserves the right to limit or restrict participation by age group for certain events or times of day.
